Gender Priority Strategy invites you to start 2026 with our comprehensive Week-long Intensive Training Program on Gender Policy Implementation. This virtual training runs throughout the last week of January, providing daily sessions that explore policy development, implementation strategies, and monitoring frameworks for gender equality initiatives.

Each day focuses on different aspects of the PEARS framework: Monday (Policy Development and Analysis), Tuesday (Education and Capacity Building), Wednesday (Advocacy Strategies and Stakeholder Engagement), Thursday (Research Methodologies and Evidence-Based Approaches), Friday (Solutions Development and Implementation). Daily sessions include case studies, practical exercises, and group discussions.

This intensive training is part of our Executive Education Programs, offering certificate course credits for participants who complete all sessions. Daily sessions include interactive workshops, best practice sharing, collaborative exercises, and practical applications for policymakers, advocates, and gender equality practitioners.

Through studying successful policy implementations and analyzing challenges, participants develop comprehensive understanding of creating sustainable gender equality solutions.
